Jim Brewington, CPA

Graduate of Eastern Washington University, BA in Business Administration, Accounting 1997

Jim started his career in 1997 and since then has worked in both public and private accounting. He joined Anderson Peretti in 2012. Jim has been the tax manager for the firm since 2015.

Throughout his career, Jim has gained valuable experience working with various types of entities and industries. He specializes in helping small businesses, nonprofits, and individuals with tax and accounting needs. Jim also works as a controller-for-hire for one of the firm’s manufacturing clients.

Jim loves spending time with his wife and children. Being an avid cyclist, he usually rides much of the year. Jim is a weather enthusiast and is a trained weather spotter for the National Weather Service.



David L. Blodgett

David L. Blodgett, CPA, PFS began his professional career with one of the biggest accounting firms in the nation, but he soon realized that working with small business was where he wanted to specialize. By the time he opened his own firm in 1999, he had established his reputation as a friendly, easy-going business advisor who has helped guide hundreds of individuals and families toward their goals. Blodgett & Company was founded on the belief that the most valuable asset of any company, large or small, is its relationships. Today, Blodgett & Company continues that same tradition of commitment to its staff, clients and many business partnerships.

A graduate of the University of Idaho, Dave grew up in southern Idaho. He was an Eagle Scout at age 15 and began playing golf as a young lad. Many years later, he’s still working on that handicap. He and his wife Memory share four sons and four adorable granddaughters.

Elias S. Siriani, CPA

Elias has extensive corporate and individual tax service experience in WA, ID, and CA  and  a specialty in audited, reviewed, and compiled financial statement services. Elias has clients in the manufacturing, retail, local government, nonprofit, healthcare, construction, and service sectors across the northwest since 1999. Elias’ clients can count on his dedication, honesty, integrity, hard work and continual education. On a personal note, Elias enjoys spending time with his wife and two children exploring all of the outdoor activities the beautiful Northwest has to offer.


Erica L. Young, CPA, CVA


Graduate, University of Idaho, BS Accounting, 1995

Erica started with Anderson Peretti in 2008 with 12 years of public accounting experience beginning in Moscow, Idaho and moving to Spokane in 1999. She was a Certified QB Pro-Advisor in Spokane for over 15 years. She specializes in small business issues; from start-up and implementation of accounting systems to cash flow projections and management consulting. She enjoys getting to know her clients and becoming their Trusted Advisor, ready with all the tools to help them with their current needs, via relationships with other local professionals who believe in the same standard of care for their clients.  Erica completed her certification with NACVA in 2018 and is now a Certified Valuation Analyst providing Business Valuation Reports for clients to use in gift and estate tax filings or in preparation of selling their business.

Erica has served on the STCU Audit Committee as an Affiliate Member and held the position of Board Chair in 2018 with the Board of Directors of the Greater Spokane Valley Chamber of Commerce after joining the Ambassador Team in 2012. She is currently a Finance Board member at her church, Treasurer of the Chamber Foundation board, and a Finance Committee member for the Chamber.  Erica also volunteers with several local non-profit organizations, like Beyond Pink and Valleyfest, and often brings other A&P team members and her adult children along to their events as volunteers.



Jayne Wilkinson

Graduate, Eastern Washington University, BBA in Professional Accounting, 2001

Jayne is our office manager. She came to Anderson Peretti in 2012 with nearly 25 years of experience in management and accounting in private industry. She is instrumental in many aspects of the day to day running of the company. Jayne’s proudest achievement is raising her son, an accomplished professional musician. A lifelong resident of the Spokane area, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her family and traveling.



Tarra Bouanani

Graduate, Washington State University, Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Accounting, 1999

Tarra Bouanani is an innovative and driven accounting and tax professional with nearly 20 years of experience. She strives to learn new or efficient ways of doing things and takes on challenges that are sometimes out of her comfort zone. Tarra exhibits a high degree of interpersonal skills that allow her to initiate and sustain strong working relationships with both her clients and her colleagues. Tarra leads by example and is one who rolls up her sleeves to get the job done.

After graduating WSU, Tarra landed a job opportunity with a mid-size accounting firm in downtown Spokane. After dedicating ten years to public accounting, she decided to dabble in private accounting, acting as the Controller for a local corporation for a couple of years. This position was a short-lived adventure, as she realized her heart belongs to public accounting. As a public accountant, she provides tax and accounting services for individuals and businesses and enjoys mentoring and training clients and colleagues.

In her spare time, Tarra enjoys being a mom to two teenage boys, attending their sporting events and activities. She enjoys camping, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
